Setting up Your Hosted Email
On 16 June 2023, our hosted email moved to a new provider called Titan. You will need to change the settings on your devices to point to the new servers. Below are the required configurations.
Quick reminder, I recommend the following applications for your various devices if you do not already have a preferred app.
- Android: K-9 Mail (Now part of the Mozilla Thunderbird Team)
- Windows: Mozilla Thunderbird
Additionally, you can reach your hosted email through Webmail via (https://app.titan.email/mail)[https://app.titan.email/mail]. The old link was mail.name.com
Configuration Settings
To configure your application, go into the settings for your account, then edit the “Server Settings” with the below properties. For K-9 mail, you will be looking for “Fetching Mail” -> “Incoming Server” and “Sending Mail” -> “Outgoing Server”. For Thunderbird, edit the “Outgoing Server (SMTP)” under your “Account Settings” and go into “Server Settings” to edit your “IMAP Mail Server” settings for incoming.
