Welcome to the Wilson Nuthouse! The reference is only slightly sarcastic. I tend to have way too many hobbies, projects, and general interests than time (or sanity if we are being honest). By trade I have degrees in Electrical Engineering and work Electromagnetics research in my day job.

To give you a sample of what you can expect, below are just a top-level list of my various hobbies/activities:

• Woodworking (mostly fine furniture)
• Limited Metalworking (novice welder… truely)
• General mechanic work (I do most of our vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair myself)
• Scuba
• Electronics (building custom circuit boards, sensors, etc)
• Computers (I try to self-host as much as possible… with Linux)

This site really serves a couple purposes:

• Enable sharing of various lessons learned
• Force me to write more… practice
• Enable a pointer to various questions that I commonly get (i.e. How did you do that?)
